What Is: Managing operations and customer satisfaction presented major hurdles for the company WideBed. They used design thinking, a human-centered approach to problem-solving that prioritises creativity, empathy, and iterative testing, to address these problems

What If: WIDEBED used design thinking to imagine a future in which their operations were more effective and their customers' experiences were much better. They looked at several situations where they may better customise their services to meet the wants of their customers. In order to obtain information and improve understanding of pain concerns, this phase comprised lengthy brainstorming sessions and client interviews.

What Wow: WIDEBED found creative ideas that were workable and significant through this iterative method. They created new service model prototypes that greatly enhanced service delivery and cut down on wait times. Teams were urged to think creatively and boldly throughout this phase, which was characterised by a high degree of passion and inventiveness

What Works: Testing these prototypes with actual clients during the last stage allowed for adjustments based on their comments. Continuous testing was used by WIDEBED to refine their ideas, resulting in a final product that was user-friendly and effective. This strategy not only resolved their immediate issues but also encouraged creativity within the business, which resulted in long-term gains in customer satisfaction and staff morale.
